woods grain effects - photoshop tutorial

WOODGRAIN EFFECT:
1. Open a new layer with an image. Duplicate it and in the 2nd layer change its blending mode to multiply.
2. After changing the mode goto Filter>Other>Highpass. (Amount 10).
3. Now goto Image>Adjustment>Threshold. Amount 128.
