2. Select a brush and click on toggle brush Icon at TOP. Settings as:
Brush tip shape: 17 pxl soft brush
Spacing: 200% (depends upon the brush size)
Scatter: 775
Shape dynamic: size zitter: 100%
(color dynamic: control:fade, if you want multiple color)
3. Then change the foreground color and move your mouse.
